Sculptural furniture as a starting point for visual transformation

During my visit to the Salone del Mobile in Milan, one booth caught my attention and held it: Zieta Studio. The Polish design brand, known for its sculptural metal furniture, blends innovative technology with poetic form. Their objects – like the iconic Plopp – are more than functional. They are statements.
And then there was something else: the surprisingly opulent table settings. Among all the mirrored steel objects stood lavish arrangements of fruits, vegetables, pearls, and oysters. This deliberate contrast – the dialogue between high-tech surfaces and baroque abundance – immediately captivated me.
Between Shine and Excess
What if you take that visual tension and extend it? What if you translate the contrast between metallic clarity and sensual abundance into a visual language of its own?
That’s how my new still life series was born – inspired by Zieta’s aesthetic and their bold presentation at the fair.
I combined floral compositions, fragmented bodies, and reflective vessels – familiar motifs, reimagined. The imagery oscillates between classical still life, fashion photography, and surreal composition.
Process & Technique: AI Art with Character
The series was created using AI tools, then curated and carefully refined. The starting point was intuitive and sensuous Metal and classic still life art an image vocabulary that feels opulent yet mysterious.
It was never about reproduction, but about interpretation. I wanted to create a visual echo of what had moved me at Zieta: the balance between sculptural presence and curated staging. My fascination with sculpture – with form, volume, and light – runs through my work like a thread.
Presence in Space – Statement Pieces for Interior Design
In interior spaces, the works have a striking presence. They quote elements of the classical still life, yet feel contemporary and subtly unsettling. The glossy vessels evoke design objects – but what they contain, whether flowers, fruit, or skin, is deliberately heightened.
What fascinates me most is how an image can shift the energy of a room. When forms condense, colors glow, or surfaces reflect back, a dialogue begins – between the object, the space, and the viewer. In that moment, the image becomes more than decoration. It begins to speak.
Perspectives and Possibilities
I invite interior designers, design brands, and collectors to see their own reflection in this aesthetic. The series is part of an ongoing artistic exploration into how design objects and AI-generated art can enter into dialogue.
Each piece is available as a high-quality print – either as a statement piece or as part of a curated interior concept.
